These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HumanProved website at https://humanproved.com ("Website") and the services provided by HumanProved. By using our Website and services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of HumanProved

HumanProved is a platform that provides AI content detection and human-written content verification services. We certify that your content is authentically human-created and provide verification badges that you can display on your website.

2. Service Usage Rights

When you purchase a verification package from HumanProved, you gain the right to:
- Submit content for AI detection analysis
- Receive human-written content verification certificates
- Display HumanProved verification badges on your website
- Access your verification dashboard and analytics

You may use our verification badges only for content that has been verified through our platform. Misuse of badges or fraudulent verification claims will result in immediate termination of service without refund.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a full refund within 14 days of your purchase if you are not satisfied with our service. To request a refund, contact us at matthias.marchione@gmail.com with your order details.

4. Content Verification Process

Our AI detection system analyzes your content to determine whether it was written by a human or generated by AI. We use advanced algorithms and set a threshold of 15% AI detection for "100% Human-Written" certification. Content with 16-30% AI detection may qualify for "Primarily Human-Written" certification. We reserve the right to manually review content and adjust verification decisions as needed.

5. User Data and Privacy

6. Verification Certificates

All verification certificates are permanently stored and publicly accessible via unique URLs. Once content is verified, the certificate remains valid indefinitely. We do not alter or delete certificates except in cases of fraud or Terms violations.

7. Non-Personal Data Collection

We use web cookies and analytics tools to collect non-personal data for the purpose of improving our services and user experience.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use HumanProved to:
- Verify content you did not create or have rights to
- Manipulate AI-generated content to fraudulently pass verification
- Resell or redistribute our verification services
- Attempt to reverse-engineer our detection algorithms
- Use our service for illegal or unethical purposes

9. Limitation of Liability

HumanProved provides verification services "as is" without warranties. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee 100% detection accuracy. We are not liable for any damages resulting from false positives, false negatives, or use of our verification services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France.

11. Updates to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of any significant changes via email.
